Heritage Christian Academy is an independent, non-denominational Christian school serving the Pearland, Houston, Manvel, and Alvin area with a variety of two, three and five day education programs ranging from Infant Care through Grade School.
Philosophy
At Heritage Christian Academy, we believe a Christian education is an important part of a child’s development. The current public educational system, all too often, minimizes or directly contradicts the Christian worldview. As you consider the educational options available today, your decision becomes a critical one. Not only will it have a direct impact on your family, but your community as well. As Christian educators and parents, we need to be raising a generation of Christian leaders who will be prepared to influence their communities with the Word of God. At HCA, we know that it is not enough to provide a good Christian environment for our students as we must also provide a superior education.

Our vision is to establish an excellent, independent, non-denominational, evangelical Christian school for the Manvel, Alvin, and West Pearland area.
Our mission is to assist parents in raising good Christian citizens by providing a superior education, firmly grounded in our dual heritage as Christians and Americans.
Our faith is rooted in Biblical truth:
- The Holy Scriptures as originally given by God, divinely inspired, infallible, entirely trustworthy; and the supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct
- One God, eternally existent in three persons – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit
- Our Lord Jesus Christ, God manifest in the flesh, His virgin birth, His sinless human life, His divine miracles, His vicarious and atoning death, His bodily resurrection, His ascension, and His personal return in power and glory
- The Salvation of the lost and sinful through the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ by faith apart from works, and regeneration by the Holy Spirit
- The Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the believer is enabled to live a holy life, to witness and work for the Lord Jesus Christ
- The unity of the Spirit of all true believers, the Church, and the Body of Christ
- The resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life, they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation
We are dedicated to “Building Futures through Education.” We are committed to not only providing a strong academic environment in which your children can learn and grow, but also to unite with parents as the seek to raise their children to be followers of Christ. Our highest priority will be preparing these young citizens to take on the world around them with the truth of the Gospel in whatever field or profession they choose.
